Modo de Preparo: Em uma batedeira bata as gemas com o açúcar e a manteiga até clarear, depois junte o Doce de Abacaxi com Coco e bata até misturar. Retire da batedeira e acrescente o creme de leite e o chantilly e mexa até misturar os ingredientes.<br />

Montagem: Em um recipiente umedeça os biscoitos no leite com rum e monte a sobremesa em camadas alternadas, começando pelo biscoito, creme e biscoito. Continue montando até terminar todos os ingredientes, sendo a última camada de creme. Ou seja, a fôrma é vazada e tem uma placa de metal com imãs que se prende no fundo. O transfer é colocado sobre a placa e, depois é só utilizar como uma fôrma comum. Corte a folha do transfer do tamanho de cada cavidade do seu molde para chocolate. Não esqueça de manter a face com o desenho (a parte da manteiga de cacau) para cima, para que ela tenha contato com o chocolate. Agora é so colocar o chocolate, levar para a geladeira para esfriar, desenformar e retirar o acetato de cada bombom. O desenho escolhido já estará grudado nos bombons.<br />

Requer muita habilidade para que se consiga a perfeição. Depois dos bombons prontos, desenformados, recorte a folha de transfer de maneira que fique um pouco maior que cada bombom.Pincele um pouco de chocolate derretido sobre cada bombom. Em cada um deles aplique um transfer. Depois que o chocolate endurecer, retire o acetato e retire prováveis rebarbas com faca quente.<br />
Esta é uma técnica muito usada em alfajores e pão-de-mel.</span></div><div style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><b>Passando chocolate por cima do transfer</b></span></div><div style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">Esta é uma técnica muito utilizada para fazer decorações requintadas para bolos, sobremesas, tortas, cupcake,…<br />
Consiste em criar tiras de chocolate decoradas.<br />
Recorte a tira de tranfer no formato desejado: coração, leque, estrela, tira,…<br />
Supondo que a peça escolhida foi uma tira; coloque-a na mesa com os desenhos para cima, para que tenham contato com o chocolate. Espalhe chocolate por cima da tira de transfer com uma espátula. Cuide para que no seu transfer o chocolate fique com mesma espessura em toda sua extensão. A dica para que se consiga espessura igual, é utilizar duas réguas de mesma espessura, encaixando o transfer no meio, para por fim passar o chocolate.<br />
Coloque a tira de transfer numa tábua ou bandeja sem bordas, forrada com papel manteiga, e leve por 1 a 2 minutos na geladeira para endurecer ligeiramente.
